Chick Hatching Kit

Following some successful fundraising events, we purchased a chick hatching kit. The children were mesmerised as the tiny little chicks broke their way out of their eggs! The children named all 5 of the chicks and drew pictures of them. They also handled them when it was time for them to come out of their cage to play. It was very sad when we waved goodbye to them and they returned to the farm to live as free-range chickens.
