Nursery Fees

Yes, fees are still payable even if your child is ill and cannot attend nursery. However, fees will be refunded for bank holidays and during the Christmas closure period.

Yes, meals, snacks, and drinks are included in the fees for your child.

A late pick-up fee of £10 will be charged for every 15 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time. Please ensure you arrive on time to avoid these charges.

If you need to change your child’s days or add an ad-hoc day, please provide at least 4 weeks' notice to decrease days or to add a new ad-hoc day. For increasing days or adding new sessions, at least 2 weeks' notice is required.

Fees must be paid in full by the due date. If payments are missed or late, the first instance will result in a warning. For subsequent late payments, a 10% late fee of the monthly fee will be added to the amount due.

If you decide to withdraw your child, please be aware that the deposit is non-refundable if your child has been enrolled for less than 4 weeks. Additionally, the notice period for withdrawal applies as per our standard terms.
