We are committed to the continuous professional development of our team, whether individually or as a group, and are proud to be a degree-led nursery. We regularly invest in whole-team training, with recent sessions focusing on Promoting Positive Behaviour and Marvellous Maths. Additionally, staff have attended or are scheduled to attend courses on Sustained Shared Thinking, Learning Through Landscapes Outdoor training, and Bucket-time (also known as Attention Autism).
